Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Pump

- In Settings, open Connected Apps. Under AI Apps, tap Connect an AI App.
- Tap Copy URL and add it as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT.
- Your AI app opens a Pump page. On your phone, tap Continue with Pump. On a computer, scan the code with your iPhone camera.
- Pump asks if you want to allow the app. Tap Allow.
Once connected, your AI app can read your training and plan and edit your workouts. To disconnect, tap the app under AI Apps, then Disconnect.
