What PumpIQ can do

On Workouts, tap + then Create with AI to open PumpIQ. It can:

• Build workouts from a description.
• Turn a photo, PDF, or spreadsheet into workouts.
• Import your history from Strong, Hevy, or Fitbod.
• Answer questions about your training.
• Change how your workouts sound, from Settings, Audio & Cues.
• Change a workout while you train, from the Add exercise or ask iQ… bar.
