What PumpIQ remembers

As you chat, PumpIQ remembers things that shape your training, like an injury, the equipment you have, or your schedule. It reads them before every chat, so you don’t have to say them again. What you ask for today stays in that chat.

When it saves something

A reply that saved, changed, or forgot a memory starts with a small brain line, like “Remembered” and what it saved. You see it in the PumpIQ chat and when you ask iQ during a workout. Tap the line to see the memory. Tap Edit to change it, or Forget to delete it. If it saved more than one, tap a memory to edit it. Everything PumpIQ remembers opens the whole list.

See and change your memory

1. In Settings, under PumpIQ, tap Memory.
2. Each memory says where it came from: the chat it was saved in, or Added by you. Tap one to edit it. Swipe left on it to delete it.
3. Tap Add a memory to tell PumpIQ something yourself, like “My gym has no squat rack.” Then tap Save.
4. When you edit a memory from a chat, Open chat takes you back to that chat.
5. Clear all memory deletes every memory. Your chats stay.

Turn it off

• Use memory lets PumpIQ save and read memories. Turn it off to pause: PumpIQ won’t read or save memories, and you can still edit the list.
• Reference past chats lets PumpIQ recall your recent conversations.
