Edit a finished workout

iPHONENot on ANDROID

Logged the wrong weight, or forgot a set? You can fix a workout after you finish it.

  1. Open the workout from Feed, or from History on Profile, and tap Edit beside its exercises. On your post in Feed, you can also tap ⋯, then Edit Exercises.
  2. Tap a set’s reps, weight, time, or distance to change it.
  3. Tap Add Set for one more, like the last set. Swipe a set left, or long-press it and tap Delete Set, to take it off.
  4. Tap a set’s number to tag it a warm-up, drop set, or failure.
  5. Tap ⋯ on an exercise for Replace Exercise or Delete Exercise. Tap Add exercise under the last one to add one from your library.
  6. Tap Save.

Tapped Cancel with changes? Pump asks first. Discard Changes drops them, and Keep Editing takes you back.

A workout needs at least one set, so you can’t save one with every set deleted. To remove the whole workout, tap ⋯ on your post, then Delete Workout.

Workouts brought in from Apple Health, and runs or rides tracked with GPS, can’t be edited this way.

You can also ask PumpIQ, like “I did 185 on bench Tuesday, not 175.” It shows the change on a card. Tap Apply to workout. Undo puts it back.

Editing a finished workout isn’t on Android yet.
