Pump’s own exercises can come with a demo video.

In a workout

Your photo or video shows with the exercise. When you open a video, your Description shows over it.

Shows when

Once the exercise is saved. It isn’t there while you create a new one.

Good to know

• Saves as soon as it uploads, without tapping Save.
• You can’t remove Pump’s demo, but yours shows instead of it. Remove yours and the demo comes back.
• To hide all of Pump’s demos, turn off Demo Videos in Settings.
