The exercise editor, and what Save changes

Where

In the Library, tap an exercise. In a workout, tap the exercise’s name, or ⋯ then Edit Exercise.

What Save changes

From the Library, Save updates that exercise in your Library. Editing one of Pump’s exercises saves your own copy. From a workout, Save only changes this workout. When you finish, Pump lists what you changed and you check the ones to keep, then tap Update Template or Keep Original.

Good to know

• If you edit a workout you haven’t started, the buttons are Save and Discard Changes.
• Photos and videos save as soon as they upload. In a workout, a new description saves when you tap Save, without waiting for that list.
• In a workout, renaming an exercise that has saved weights asks you to Keep History or Start Fresh.
• Save stays gray until the exercise has a name.
